Welcome to the Frolio

Greetings, all:

I'd like to welcome you both to the Frolio Middle School and to room 210, where we'll be spending much of the year together. I'm really looking forward to working with you and getting to know you better.

I hope that your first week at the Frolio is going well. Please remember that I'm here to help- if you ever have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. And if you're feeling a little overwhelmed, don't worry. The first few months are rough, but before you know it you'll feel quite at home. And remember, your classmates are all facing the same obstacles.

I'll be posting on this website throughout the year: reporting classroom news and events, making note of your achievements, and commenting on our progress in the curriculum. I'll let you know in class when I've put something new up on the blog. I also encourage your parents to visit, so they can keep tabs on what we're up to in class. Be sure to explore some of the links that I put up, which you can find to the right, on the sidebar. They can lead to some pretty neat stuff. Please take a peek at some of the student essays posted from last year, so you can see the level of work that you are capable of.
